 | The company was established in 1949 as Romania Ministry of Petroleum's uniq design institute; ever since,it has been incorporating with the time all engineering activities related to reservoir engineering, exploration and production. Until early nineties, PETROSTAR remained the sole consultant for hydrocarbon production within Romanian industry. Since 1991 the company has been re-organized as a joint-stock company with privately owned share-assets.
